# The REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 7: Annex 10


(1) Annex 10 (standard information requirements for substances manufactured or imported in quantities of 1,000 tonnes or more) is amended as follows.
(2) In footnote (2), for the words from “the appropriate” to “specified in” substitute “regulations under”.
(3) In point 8.7.3, in the first column, for “as specified in” substitute “made under”.
