# The REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 11


(1) Article 16 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, for “euro” substitute “sterling”.
(3) In paragraph 2, omit “, with the exception of payments due under Article 10”.
