Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 and come into force as follows—

(a)

this Part and Part 3, on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made;

(b)

Part 2, immediately before IP completion day;

(c)

Part 4, on IP completion day.

(2)

Part 4 extends to Northern Ireland only.
