  "text": "(1) The REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2019 are amended in accordance with this regulation.\n(2) In regulation 1, for “exit day” substitute “Part 2 of the REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 comes into force”.",
