# The REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 12: Amendment of the REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2019


(1) The REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2019 are amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In regulation 1, for “exit day” substitute “Part 2 of the REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 comes into force”.
