The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21, 22, 39, 286, 349 and 428 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000^f1, and section 8(1) of, and paragraph 21 of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018^f2, make the following Regulations:

A draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with paragraph 1(3) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
