# The Recognised Auction Platforms (Amendment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2021, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Recognised Auction Platforms (Amendment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2021.
(2) They come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
