Paragraph 2 Amendment of the Education (Induction Arrangements for School Teachers) (England) Regulations 2012

The Education (Induction Arrangements for School Teachers) (England) (Regulations 2012f1 are amended as follows.

For paragraph 10 of Schedule 1, substitute—
“10.A person who is a qualified teacher who became so qualified by virtue of regulation 5 of, and paragraph 8 or paragraph 8A of Schedule 2 to, the 2003 Qualifications Regulations.”.
