# The Regional Assembly and Local Government Referendums Order 2004, Article 3: Rules for Regional Assembly and Local Government Referendums


The Regional Assembly and Local Government Referendum Rules shall have effect for the conduct of a referendum held under section 1(1) or 2(2) of the Preparations Act.
