# The Regional Assembly and Local Government Referendums Order 2004, Article 8: Supply of full register to the Electoral Commission


Regulation 100 (supply of free copy of full register etc to Electoral Commission and restrictions on use) of the Elections Regulations shall apply in relation to a referendum as if—
(a) in paragraph (3)(c), at the end, there were inserted “or the Regional Assemblies (Preparations) Act 2003”; and
(b) references to the 2000 Act were references to that Act as modified by this Order.
