  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 2(2) of, and paragraph 2(2) of Schedule 2 to, the European Communities Act 1972 for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nDESIGNS\nMade 2001\nComing into force 2001\nWhereas a draft of the following Regulations has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State, being designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to measures relating to the legal protection of designs, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by the said section 2(2) hereby makes the following Regulations:",
