Paragraph 8

(1)

Section 25 of that Act^f1 (certificate of contested validity of registration) shall be amended as follows.

(2)

In subsection (1) after the words “the design is” there shall be inserted “, to any extent,”.

(3)

In subsection (2) for the word “cancellation” there shall be substituted “invalidation”.
