  "text": "(1) Section 3 of the 1949 Act (marriages of persons under eighteen) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), for “certificates issued by a superintendent registrar under Part III of this Act” substitute “a marriage schedule”.\n(3) In subsection (2)—\n(a) for “references” (in the first place it appears) substitute “a reference”;\n(b) for “references” (in the second place it appears) substitute “the reference”.",
