  "text": "(1) Section 27ZA of the 1949 Act (entry of particulars in notice book: compliance with requirements) is amended as follows.\n(2) For the heading substitute “Circumstances in which a notice of marriage is not to be recorded in the marriage register”.\n(3) For “enter the particulars relating to a marriage in the marriage notice book in accordance with section 27(4), or in an approved electronic form by virtue of section 27(4A),” substitute “record a notice of marriage in the marriage register”.\n(4) In paragraph (a), after “section 28B(1);” insert—\n“section 28B(1A);”.",
