# The Registration of Marriages Regulations 2021, Paragraph 16: Amendment of Part 3 of the 1949 Act (marriage under superintendent registrar’s certificate)


In section 27E(9)(c) of the 1949 Act (recording of additional information if party not relevant national), at the end, insert “in the marriage register”.
