# The Registration of Marriages Regulations 2021, Paragraph 17: Amendment of Part 3 of the 1949 Act (marriage under superintendent registrar’s certificate)


In section 28 of the 1949 Act (declaration to accompany notice of marriage), in subsection (1), for “certificate for marriage” substitute “marriage schedule”.
