# The Registration of Marriages Regulations 2021, Paragraph 21: Amendment of Part 3 of the 1949 Act (marriage under superintendent registrar’s certificate)


(1) Section 31ZA of the 1949 Act (notice of marriage: false information or evidence) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsections (1) and (2), for “certificate” substitute “marriage schedule”.
(3) In subsection (3), for “certificates” substitute “a marriage schedule”.
