# The Registration of Marriages Regulations 2021, Paragraph 24: Amendment of Part 3 of the 1949 Act (marriage under superintendent registrar’s certificate)


In section 34 of the 1949 Act (marriage normally to be solemnized in registration district in which one party resides), for “certificate” substitute “marriage schedule”.
