# The Registration of Marriages Regulations 2021, Paragraph 31: Amendment of Part 3 of the 1949 Act (marriage under superintendent registrar’s certificate)


In section 45(1) of the 1949 Act (solemnization of marriage in register office)—
(a) for “certificates of a superintendent registrar” substitute “a marriage schedule”;
(b) for “certificates have” substitute “marriage schedule has”.
