  "text": "(1) Section 63 of the 1949 Act (searches in register books) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1)—\n(a) omit “registering”;\n(b) for “shall at all reasonable hours” substitute “may”;\n(c) omit “, and shall give a copy certified under his hand of any entry in such a book”.\n(3) In subsection (2), for “having the custody of” substitute “responsible for keeping”.",
