  "text": "(1) Section 76 of the 1949 Act (offences relating to registration of marriages) is amended as follows.\n(2) Omit subsection (2).\n(3) In subsection (4)—\n(a) omit “or subsection (2)”;\n(b) in paragraph (a), omit “in the case of a fine imposed under subsection (1) of this section,”;\n(c) omit paragraph (b), and the “and” preceding it.\n(4) In subsection (5), for “either of the said subsections” substitute “subsection (1)”.",
