# The Registration of Marriages Regulations 2021, Paragraph 52: Amendment of the City of London (Guild Churches) Act 1952


In section 22 of the City of London (Guild Churches) Act 1952 (marriages), in subsection (4), omit “and the Registrar-General shall issue to the vicar new marriage register books and those books shall be the marriage register books of the guild church”.
