# The Registration of Marriages Regulations 2021, Paragraph 58: Amendment of the Marriage Act 1983


In section 1(1) of the Marriage Act 1983 (marriages of house-bound and detained persons in England and Wales), for “certificates of a superintendent registrar” substitute “a marriage schedule”.
