# The Registration of Marriages Regulations 2021, Paragraph 59: Amendment of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc) Act 2004


In section 19 of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc) Act 2004 (procedure for marriage: England and Wales), in subsection (1), for “certificates issued by a superintendent registrar” substitute “a marriage schedule”.
