# The Registration of Marriages Regulations 2021, Paragraph 6: Amendment of Part 2 of the 1949 Act (marriage according to the rites of the Church of England)


In section 18 of the 1949 Act (publication of banns and solemnization of marriages during repair and rebuilding of churches), omit subsection (3).
