# The Registration of Marriages Regulations 2021, Paragraph 60: Amendment of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007


In section 42(2) of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007 (information relating to births and deaths etc), for paragraph (d), substitute—
“(d) any information—
(i) entered in the marriage register under section 53D(10)(a) of the Marriage Act 1949, or
(ii) entered in any marriage register book kept under the Marriage Act 1949;”.
