# The Registration of Marriages Regulations 2021, Paragraph 61: Amendment of the Marriage (Same Sex Couples) Act 2013


In section 14 of the Marriage (Same Sex Couples) Act 2013 (marriage according to the usages of belief organisations), in subsections (1)(a) and (4), for “certificates of a superintendent registrar” substitute “a marriage schedule”.
