  "text": "(1) The Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Communications Data) Order 2010 is amended as follows.\n(2) In article 2, after paragraph (b), insert—\n“(c) for the purpose of exercising functions relating to the regulation of financial services and markets or to financial stability.”.\n(3) In Part 1 of Schedule 2—\n(a) in the entry for the Financial Conduct Authority, after “Section 22(2)(b)” insert “Article 2(c)”;\n(b) in the entry for the Prudential Regulation Authority, after “Section 22(2)(b)” insert “Article 2(c)”.\n(4) In Part 1 of Schedule 2, omit the entries for—\n(a) The Civil Nuclear Constabulary;\n(b) The force comprising the special constables appointed under section 79 of the Harbours, Docks and Piers Clauses Act 1847 on the nomination of the Dover Harbour Board;\n(c) The force comprising the constables appointed under article 3 of the Mersey Docks and Harbour (Police) Order 1975 on the nomination of the Mersey Docks and Harbour Company;\n(d) The Royal Mail Group Ltd, by virtue of being a Universal Service Provider within the meaning of Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011.\n(5) In Part 2 of Schedule 2, omit the entries for—\n(a) The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development;\n(b) The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills;\n(c) The Department of the Environment;\n(d) The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs;\n(e) The Charity Commission;\n(f) The Environment Agency;\n(g) The Food Standards Agency;\n(h) The Pensions Regulator;\n(i) The Scottish Environment Protection Agency.",
