  "text": "(1) The Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997 are amended as follows.\n(2) After paragraph 3(4) of Schedule 1 insert—\n“(5) In sub-paragraph (4) the reference to an enactment includes any enactment contained in Part 3 of the Regulatory Reform (Scotland) Act 2014.”\n(3) After paragraph 6(2) of Schedule 1 insert—\n“(2A) Sub-paragraph (1) applies in relation to an enactment contained in Part 3 of the Regulatory Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 as it applies in relation to an Act of Parliament.”\n(4) In paragraph 6(3) of Schedule 1, after “enactment” insert “or other statutory provision”.",
