Article 5 Modification of the Environmental Protection Act 1990
(1)
The Environmental Protection Act 1990f1 is amended as follows.
(2)
In Schedule 15, paragraph 14 is repealed.
(3)
In Schedule 16, in Part 1, the entry relating to 1974 c.37 (Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974) is repealed.
