Regulation 19 Amendment to regulation 35 (ongoing obligations in relation to metering)

In regulation 35(1)—

(a)

after sub-paragraph (b), omit “and”;

(b)

after sub-paragraph (c) insert—

“, and

(d)

located in accordance with any conditions attached to their accreditation,”.

(2)

In regulation 35(2)(a), for “and other heat meters” substitute “, and any other meters”.
