Regulation 24 Amendment to regulation 43 (additional capacity)

In regulation 43, after paragraph (8) insert—

“(9)

Where an application for accreditation of additional capacity is made on or after the second relevant date, the eligibility requirements in regulations 5(1)(d) and 17A will apply to that additional capacity.”.
