  "text": "(1) For “determined in accordance with regulation 37” substitute “determined in accordance with regulations 37 to 37D” in—\n(a) regulation 38(2) (periodic support payments for accredited RHI installations in simple systems);\n(b) regulation 39(2) (periodic support payments for accredited RHI installations for complex systems); and\n(c) regulation 42 (periodic support payments to producers of biomethane).\n(2) In regulation 53(2) (reporting obligations) for “10 working days” substitute “7 working days”.",
