# The Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 15: Amendments to regulation 15 (excluded plants)


For regulation 15(1)(c)(ii) substitute—
“(ii) generates heat using a solar collector or in the case of additional RHI capacity commissioned before 4th December 2013, using biogas;”.
