# The Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 24: Amendment to regulation 29 (Participants using solid biomass in accredited RHI installations with an installation capacity of 1MWth or above)


In regulation 29—
(a) in paragraph (1), omit “municipal”;
(b) in paragraph (6), after “accredited RHI installation” insert “or where the installation is a CHP system, by a combustion unit which supplies energy to that installation from solid biomass,”.
