# The Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 33: Amendment to regulation 37D (calculation of C)


In regulation 37D, in paragraphs (2)(b) and (c), for “the table in the relevant Part of Schedule 5” substitute “the table applicable to the installation in the relevant Part of Schedule 5”.
