  "text": "In Schedule 3, in Table 1—\n(a) in the first row (small commercial biomass), in the column headed “sources of energy or technology”—\n(i) omit “municipal solid”; and\n(ii) for “CHP” substitute “CHP systems generating heat and power from solid biomass including solid biomass contained in waste”;\n(b) in the fourth row (small commercial heat pumps) in the column headed “sources of energy or technology”, omit “water source heat pump,”; and\n(c) in the last row (biomethane and biogas combustion)—\n(i) in the column headed “tariff name”, for “biogas combustion” substitute “small biogas combustion”;\n(ii) in the column headed “sources of energy and technology”, after “biogas combustion” insert “including CHP systems generating heat and power from biogas”; and\n(iii) in the column headed “installation capacity” for “all biomethane injection and biogas combustion below 200kWth” substitute “biogas combustion below 200kWth and all biomethane injection”.",
