  "text": "(1) The Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2011 (“the 2011 Regulations”) are amended in accordance with these Regulations.\n(2) A reference in regulations 3 to 29 to an amendment made to, or the substitution of, a numbered regulation is to that regulation as so numbered in the 2011 Regulations.",
