Article 15 Amendment of the Motor Fuel (Road Vehicle and Mobile Machinery) Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reporting Regulations 2012

The Motor Fuel (Road Vehicle and Mobile Machinery) Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reporting Regulations 2012^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2—

(a)

for the definition of “additional sustainability information” substitute—

““additional sustainability information” has the meaning given in the RTFO Order;”;

(b)

in the definition of “the RTFO Order”, omit the words from “, and for the purposes” to the end;

(c)

for the definition of “sustainability criteria” substitute—

““sustainability criteria” has the meaning given in the RTFO Order;”;

(d)

for the definition of “sustainable feedstock” substitute—

““sustainable feedstock” has the meaning given in the RTFO Order;”.

(3)

In regulation 5(2)(a), for “the Schedule” substitute “Schedule 1”.
