  "text": "(1) Article 3 is amended as follows.\n(2) After paragraph (5B) insert—\n“(5C) “Maritime RFNBO” means a RFNBO that is for use in ships.”.\n(3) In paragraph (10)—\n(a) for “or renewable hydrogen” substitute “, renewable hydrogen or a compound derived from renewable hydrogen”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (b), after “road vehicles” insert “, or is a maritime RFNBO”.",
