# The Renewable Transport Fuel Obligations Order 2007, Article 6: The Administrator


(1) The Office of the Renewable Fuels Agency is established as a body corporate and is appointed as the Administrator pursuant to section 125 of the 2004 Act.
(2) The Schedule (which makes provision about the Administrator) has effect.
