  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under sections 124(5) and 192(3) of the Energy Act 2004, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nTRANSPORT\nENERGY\nSUSTAINABLE AND RENEWABLE FUELS\nMade XXXX 2007\nComing into force XXXX 2007\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 124 to 130, 132(1), 132(4) and 192(4)(c) of the Energy Act 2004.\nA draft of this Order was laid before Parliament in accordance with sections 124(5) and 192(3) of that Act and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.\nIn accordance with section 124(4) of that Act, before making this Order the Secretary of State has consulted with such persons appearing to her to represent persons whose interests will be affected by the Order, and such other persons, as she considers appropriate.",
