Paragraph 19 Status of the Office
(1)
The Office is not to be treated—
(a)
as the servant or agent of the Crown; or
(b)
as enjoying any status, immunity or privilege of the Crown.
(2)
The property of the Office is not to be regarded as property of the Crown or as held on behalf of the Crown.
