Article 1 Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Renewables Obligation (Amendment) (Energy Intensive Industries) Order 2017 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

This Order extends to England and Wales only.
(3)
In this Order, the “2015 Order” means the Renewables Obligation Order 2015f1.
