# The Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order 2010, Article 13: Information to be provided to the Authority where electricity is generated from biomass


In article 54(1)(a) of the 2009 Order (information to be provided to the Authority where electricity is generated from biomass) after “biomass” insert “(other than landfill gas or sewage gas)”.
