Article 18 The 2009 Order: Schedule 4

Paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to the 2009 Order (the ROC register) is amended as follows.

In sub-paragraph (b) omit “or, in the case of Northern Ireland certificates, the Northern Ireland authority”.

(3)

In sub-paragraph (b)(v) omit “or, as the case may be, the Northern Ireland authority”.
