Article 14 Amendment to article 57 (functions of the Authority)

In article 57 of the 2009 Order, after paragraph (1) insert—

“(1A)

The Authority must, as soon as reasonably practicable after each obligation period, forward to the Secretary of State a summary of the sustainability information submitted to it during that period.”.
