  "text": "(1) Section 32M(1) of the Electricity Act 1989 is amended as follows.\n(2) After the definition of “banding provision” insert—\n““bioliquid” has the meaning given by Article 2(h) of Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources;”.\n(3) In the definition of “fossil fuel”, after “any substance” insert “, other than bioliquid,”.",
