# The Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order 2011, Article 9: Amendment to article 22 (circumstances in which no ROCs are to be issued in respect of electricity generated from renewable sources)


In article 22(1) of the 2009 Order, after every reference to “biomass” insert “or fossil derived bioliquid”.
