# The Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order 2013, Article 20: Amendments to article 54 (information to be provided to the Authority where electricity is generated from biomass or fossil derived bioliquid)


(1) Article 54 of the 2009 Order is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading, omit “or fossil derived bioliquid”.
(3) At the beginning of paragraph (3)(j), insert “where the biomass was not a bioliquid,”.
(4) Omit paragraph (7).
